We got the Call in the beginning of 2021 asking us to provide a dumpster. Of course, we are happy to provide services anywhere in the Austin Metro area. Little did we know that it would be for a Famous TV show on Netflix. We first had to do a little research since we were unfamiliar with the Netflix Show “Queer Eye”. Ok… so we got the gist of the show’s premises. Seemed really interesting and unique. Then we watched a few episodes – who can not get all teary-eyed at the end of each episode. Every episode has a theme of helping someone in need. They do the full spectrum of helping – emotionally, eating habits, style – including hair and fashion and then some type of design renovation. Who doesn’t want to be a part of that.
This is where we fit in – Dumpsters had to be placed on-site for one of their renovation projects here in Austin. In dropping of and picking up we saw everyone hard at work making magic happen in their barn renovation. We luckily got a little time and did a quick photo. The entire crew was delightful to work with. We thankfully got a little time to create this photo below from Episode 7.
We hope that Queer Eye carries on to help those that need help. We were truly inspired and thankful to be a part of a crew that was so compassionate and selfless.
